on Fouldes family by Robert Fouldes (2005)
"I can vaguely recall from my childhood visiting 'Auntie Maude' in Sleaford.
I also recall dropping by another house - but my memory may be wrong, with
a family with kids our age, I'm the youngest at 37 years.
My mother cannot
recall however, but I recall a fairly bleak but large set of terraces somewhere
near Spalding,
however I may have the wrong set of in laws - Mothers family is from up near
the Border - Cumbria.
I actually called up a
Fouldes family in Hampshire once (I studied at Portsmouth Poly),
the Lady answered and refused to have anything to do with me!!!!!!"
