I've only just discovered
Herbert from looking at the online records of births and deaths!
The notes of James Fouldes (married to Kath Lawson) state that he believed
there were more siblings of John Gibson and Julia Fouldes than he had noted.
This looks as though he was right because the online records show:
Deaths Sep 1898
Fouldes Herbert (age 1)
District: Ecclesall B
(The district Ecclesall B. is an alt name for Ecclesall Bierlow and it spans
the boundaries of the counties of Derbyshire and West Riding of Yorkshire)
The rest of John Gibson and Julia Fouldes' children were born in the same
district, so it's no great leap to assume he was their little brother.
Julia was in her mid-50's at the time which I think, at the time, would've
been quite an old age to be having children.
Maybe this contributed to what little Herbert died of. I'm sure his full death
certificate would show the exact details.
