My Grandad's mother, known
as Maud. My Dad tells me she was a little woman.
She lived down Sharpes Passage, Boston Road in Sleaford for a time.
Apparently she did a lot of sewing, knitting and crocheting.
I hazard a guess that
she collected postcards after finding a LOT of Postcards sent to her by various
friends and family in an old collection!
Quite a few are from her husband when he was away during World War 1 and give
lovely little insights into her early life including where she lived and what
she did.
Also in some extra albums my Dad has found I see that she also had a lot more
photo's which contained some of the people I have been unable to identify.
This has made me wonder if some of the unidentifiable people are actually
part of HER family and friends, and not Fouldes.
